Online Coaching

Online coaching includes a personalized training program, nutrition guidance, weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, habit tracking, and ongoing messaging support — all based on your goals and lifestyle.

A: Online coaching is offered on a limited basis based on coach availability. Spots are reserved for clients who are ready to commit and actively engage with the process.

A: Your program is built around what you have access to — whether that’s a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight.

A: Depending on your coaching package, check-ins happen weekly or bi-weekly, with ongoing messaging access for support and adjustments between check-ins.

A: We provide on-site and virtual workshops, stretch breaks, group fitness classes, lifestyle talks, and multi-week wellness programs customized to your team’s goals and culture.

Hybrid Coaching

A: Hybrid coaching blends the structure of our online program with 1–3 weekly in-person training sessions for hands-on support, accountability, and in-depth guidance.

A: Sessions are held at Tysons Playground or Pinnacle Athletics, both located in the DMV area.

A: Hybrid coaching spots are limited and scheduled based on current client capacity and availability. Inquire early to reserve your spot.

Corporate Wellness Events

A: We provide on-site and virtual workshops, stretch breaks, group fitness classes, lifestyle talks, and multi-week wellness programs customized to your team’s goals and culture.

A: Bookings should be made at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow for scheduling and proper customization.

A: Absolutely. We offer both one-time events and recurring wellness services to support long-term engagement and employee well-being.

Fitness Challenges & One-Time Programs

A: Challenges typically include a pre-built workout plan, lifestyle or nutrition guidance, habit tracking, and optional community support. Details vary depending on the specific challenge.

A: One-time programs are pre-built and designed to work for a wide range of fitness levels. For a fully tailored experience, we recommend enrolling in our Online or Hybrid Coaching.

A: You’ll retain access for 6 months after purchase. Be sure to download all files for your records.

Payments, Cancellations & Support

A: Refunds for coaching services and wellness events are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to your service agreement for full cancellation and refund policies.

A: You can cancel your subscription through your account portal at any time. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

A: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a coaching call. Missed calls may be rescheduled once with a $5 processing fee.
