All coaching programs, subscriptions, and digital materials provided by O&P Fitness Services LLC are for personal use only. You may not resell, reproduce, share, or distribute any of our content—including training programs, coaching materials, or wellness resources—without explicit written permission from O&P Fitness Services LLC.

Our coaching, training, and wellness services are intended for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness plan.

By using our services, you acknowledge that physical activity and wellness programs carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all responsibility and agree to release O&P Fitness Services LLC and its representatives from any liability related to injury, health complications, or damages resulting from participation in our programs.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind. O&P Fitness Services LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, programs, or services.

2. Refunds and Subscription Cancellations

2.1 Digital Products & Online Programs
• All digital product and program sales are final.
• Once access to a plan or coaching program is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• Custom coaching plans must be used within 6 months of purchase or they will expire.
• If a required intake form or customization questionnaire is not submitted within 6 months, the client forfeits the plan without eligibility for a refund.

2.2 Subscription-Based Services
• Subscription purchases are subject to recurring billing.
• Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time via their account or the original platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play, if applicable).
• Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
• No refunds are provided for previous or partially used billing periods.

2.3 Access Issues
• O&P Fitness Services LLC is not responsible for reissuing programs due to user error or access loss beyond original purchase terms.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate email and contact details at the time of purchase.

3. One-on-One Coaching Calls

• Coaching call purchases are final sale.
• Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a call.
• Missed calls may be rescheduled one time with a $5 processing fee.
• If a coach fails to attend a scheduled session, the client may reschedule at no cost.

4. Corporate Wellness Events & Trainings

• A signed service agreement and deposit (if required) must be submitted to secure the date for your wellness event.
• Event cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• If O&P Fitness Services LLC is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.
• Custom presentations or materials for corporate clients must be approved at least 72 hours before the event.
